About Me:

My passion for health and nutrition began at a young age. While struggling with weight issues, I quickly learned the impact that what we put in our bodies alter the way we feel, and the quality of our overall health. As a practicing medical professional, I have seen how one can manage a specific disease state so greatly, by the diet and lifestyle changes that they follow.

My background started out working in the Eating Disorder and Substance Abuse population, and have since moved to the clinical setting where I work with people on the daily with various disease and weight-management issues. My extensive, well-rounded experience has shaped me into the unique dietitian that I am today. As I continue to learn daily, I am here to make a difference in your life.

“The power of knowledgeable eating and lifestyle changes, can change you into a version of yourself you’ve always knew you could be.”
